Since 2016, we have been regularly showing monographic autumn exhibitions in the historic ambience of the Palais Schönborn-Batthyany, including works by Kurt Kocherscheidt, Josef Floch and Heinz Mack.
For interested collectors and art lovers, however, we are presenting a special highlight this autumn, a high-calibre cross-section of national and international positions in art after 1945 and the present. The exhibition sets different artistic statements in an exciting dialogue. Abstract positions by Judit Reigl, Walter Vopava and Hubert Scheibl are represented as well as pictorial poetry by Günter Brus and provocative self-portrayals by Elke Silvia Krystufek, who stands in the tradition of Egon Schiele. We hope you enjoy visiting our autumn exhibition 2021.
