On the occasion of Günter Brus' 85th birthday, Galerie W&K - Wienerroither & Kohlbacher, together with Galerie Konzett, is presenting a special monographic exhibition on Günter Brus. Presented are especially early works, from 1960 to the mid-1990s.
In addition, a book presentation will take place during the vernissage. Entitled "Herzeigung," it presents for the first time what is probably the most outstanding private collection of Günter Brus' work in terms of its scope and quality. The comprehensive monograph contains major works from all decades and provides an incomparable insight into the development of the exceptional artist Günter Brus from Viennese Actionist to celebrated picture-poet. Roman Grabner, director of BRUSEUM Graz and editor of the monograph, will present this monograph at the vernissage.
